Prerna,

If you don't like the size of the demo files created by
ViewletBuilder, there is little hope. The little Java
applets created by ViewletBuilder are absolutely the
smallest filesizes I have seen for full motion screen
sequences.

The only other alternative I can think of is the new
feature in TechSmith's Camtasia: export to animated GIF.
I think there is a practical limit to the
length and frame rate for animated GIFs, but you could
play around and see what can be achieved.

Download an eval copy of Camtasia from
http://www.techsmith.com. The export to animated GIF
feature is part of Producer, and can be found under
File > Produce Movie > Animated GIF. Yes, I do work for
the firm since I write the online help for their products.
But many techwhirlers agree these are high quality
products.

For stripping the size of Animated GIFs, see:
http://www.webreference.com/dev/gifanim. I'm not
affiliated with this site, but there is some good advice
there.
