I totally agree with Bill's advice, especially the faux German accent. I'm guessing that the client's issues go beyond fonts, but it was probably the only "fuzzy and warm" thing they could articulate.

Following the trend toward nonsensical advice as well:

For Fuzzy:
1. Remove toilet lid cloth cover from toilet lid (or use matching bath mat)
2. Throw toilet lid cover in dryer on "high" for 1 hour
3. Remove toilet lid cover from dryer, cut to fit over document cover (it should fit if you make sure your cut-out pattern includes the elastic band.)

For Warm:
1. Place document with new fuzzy cover into microwave
2. Set microwave strength to "medium" and timer to 30 seconds
3. Remove document from microwave
4. Hand carry document to shipping
5. Return to your desk, update resume
