Wow, I'm getting an education on this topic!
I forgot to ask about the user side in the original post. Here's our
"low-end" recommended PC platform for the reps:
Processor: Intel Pentium III or 4/800+ mhz
RAM: 256 MB or more
Monitor: 17 inch with 4MB video RAM
Hard Drive: 20 GB or more
CD-ROM: 48X Speed CD-ROM, DVD, or CDRW
Sound Card: Integrated sound card
Are there technology issues (like memory?) on the user side with running a
22 minute "video" on a CD with this type of set-up? I'm also guessing it's
better to run this video on a CD, rather than putting it on a web server
and running it through a high speed internet connection (not dial-up).
