For me, as well, it's primarily a time issue. I typically don't have time to
read everything, much less post. Sometimes I'll intend to post, but by the time
I get around to it, my point of view has already been expressed by several
others, so what's the point?

Then, of course, there's always the fact that when I do respond I'm always in so
much of a hurry that I make stupid grammatical mistakes that I know better than
to make. I may be the only one who really cares, but I hate appearing stupid -
especially in public (where the records are archived and I'll look stupid
forever!). ;-)
