Hi all,

I'm seeking some GOOD examples of tech notes to use in creating my own tech
note template.

So far, I've searched the archives (nothing there); "googled" for "tech
note", "tech notes", and "technical note"; and navigated the web sites of
several design-conscious (Adobe, Apple, etc.) companies to reach their
well-hidden tech note sections. In all, I've retrieved only eight or so
good examples.

Anyone know where I might find more? Any format is OK--I'll redo in
FrameMaker anyway. Our immediate goal is hardcopy/pdf, but good HTML
examples are welcome too.

About the template I'm trying to create:
- Will hold detailed technical information (including diagrams) that is not
covered in the User's Guide or Install Guide.
- Less front and back matter is better (get to the content quickly)
- NOT a product data sheet.
- Audience is both customer support and end user (network security
administrators).

Any help would be tremendously appreciated. Tips on tech note format and
content would also be great. Thanks!
