Frontpage is just one of many tools that can be used to create html. Your
html goes in a (text) file that Frontpage (etc.) creates, but any images you
expect that html to display *cannot* go in that same file (unlike, e.g.
Word) and instead are saved in separate files. Actually they are still the
same files you found the images in in the first place when you were using
Frontpage.

For a browser to display the text of the html file *and* the images the html
calls, all files must be available. When you "go to another machine" make
sure *all* files are available. RTFM or find some other basic Web and file
directory storage training--producing Web pages is pretty simple, but you
have to learn a little new stuff.
