I'm doing Run Book documentation. The model user we're aiming at is the
third shift entry level techie who has to bring a server up with all the
network bells and whistles going off around him.

We created a form that went to 4 developers requiring 4 pages of key
information on almost 120 different interfaces split among them.

The email I sent with the form said "Be complete and accurate. The 4am
wakeup call that you save could be your supervisor's."
