Because grammar exists only to support the communication of intended
meaning, I can't conceive of something being "technically accurate" and
ungrammatical. If there is confusion about the identity of or the
relationships of elements signified in a sentence, one cannot with a
straight face call it "technically accurate". It is in fact this
phenomenon that has created the stereotype of the impenetrable computer
manual. The sentence may use technologically sophisticated terms, but if
the elements of the sentence are so irremediably jumbled that the rules
of grammar are lost, there simply cannot *be* what one would call
"accuracy". I do not trust the instructions of someone who cannot
observe the conventions of grammar,
