Check if the actual code of the HTML files been altered. If not, then you have some kind of parasite on your browser. Go to google and search for "Adware
malware parasite spyware" (without the quotation marks), and find some utilities to analyse your browser and remove the *ware.

If the HTML files have been altered, then you have a server security problem.
