I've been collecting a few books on project management and methodologies, and my latest is _Agile Software Development Ecosystems_ by Jim Highsmith. (ASDEs include Extreme Programming, Scrum, etc.) So far it's pretty heavy going, but I'm getting there.

Are any TWs working with "lean" methodologies? Any thoughts?
