Hello,
Does anyone know why my (dead blue) hyperlinks are
showing up when I generate a printed document with
RoboHelp X3? I am using Word 2000 from the Office
2000 suite & have the latest update (SP3) installed. I
also have the X3 patch installed
I am not using a template for my printed documentation
& I have cleared the automatic formatting options
(both "AutoFormat As You Type" & "AutoFormat") as
well as the "AutoCorrect" options in Word.
I have sent RoboHelp Technical Support a sample mpj
file which they were able to print without the
hyperlinks appearing. RoboHelp Technical Support
also sent me a sample mpj file that they generated,
which still showed the hyperlinks when I printed it
out.
I have removed & re-installed (including the update &
X3 patch)both Office 2000 & RoboHelp X3. I do not have
another PC to do further testing. Any help,
suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
TIA,
DaLy
