I am interested in making this transition, but have
heard mixed stories about problems in doing so.

I have always been treated well here at Rosetta. I was never considered a temporary worker or someone just passing through. The "worst" remarks I have heard this week is jealousy -- part of my "Welcome Package" was a Merck-beanie-bear-knockoff. Everyone this week has said, "That's no fair. I never got one of those..." :)
