Jan...I'm surrounded by graphics...just looking around, I have the following
push pinned to my walls:

Business Logic flowcharts
Process Flows
Data Flows
Hardware Diagrams
Network Failovers
Highlevel System Overviews
Server Replication Topologies

Different styles, different icon collections, some in color, different
sizes, from 8-1/2X11 to 22X34, and we've spoken about the 7'X10' diagram in
my other office...

All done in Visio. If you start using it, you won't look back.

That all is true in our program of choice (OmniGraffle). It just has
somewhat sparese libraries. But thanks to your tips, this may be about
to change.
