Possess unique skills that the undervalued writers don't have, then require
the companies to pay for the unique skills.

If they walk around going "I know Frame, so I be an expirt tech writer.",
and you walk around saying "I have certifications from MS, Oracle, SAP, and
Sun.". who's going to be the target upon which every other tech writer is
judged?
