John,
I think your use of Access and SQL shows that we TWs
need to learn that "documentation" doesn't necessarily
mean online help or printed documents. It could be a
spreadsheet, a database, even a mouse pad or coffee
mug.
I've always argued that we are, at heart, educators;
therefore we need to use whatever tools are most
appropriate to disseminating the information that
people need to do their jobs.
