Can't we persuade you to hang in there?

I have been taking the same hits all weekend, those MS
Update notices with the attachments--my e-mail box
overflowed four times.

I use a Yahoo account for this stuff--so it's
disposible. You could sign up for Techwr-l using such
a throw-away account and not suffer hits to your real
e-mail addresses, and we'd still benefit from your
postings.

As an aside, it is kinda ugly to see technology folks
like technical writers not using firewalls, clicking
attachments willy-nilly, and generally permitting such
ugliness to continue.
