Happened to me just yesterday here in Israel, for what 
it's worth.  Boss called me over to look at an e-mail 
on her screen and I saw she had a highlighted e-mail 
folder called "Waiting for my treatment."  For a moment 
I thought good grief, what ailment is so preoccupying
this poor woman, but then I mentally back-translated
into Hebrew and I realized she meant "waiting to be
dealt with by me."  ("Awaiting my attention," we 
native speakers might say...)
