I have a basic question for those of you who manage both training and
documentation development: what do you consider when coming up with a
training and docs, combined strategy? For example, you have new software
product X, which is going to be released in 6 months. How do you decide
what to cover in the training vs. what to cover in documentation to
coordinate them most effectively?

Is there a definite line between training and docs? If not, how/where do
they overlap?

Thanks,

Craig Branham
