I'm with Julia: as a hiring manager, I would actually like the fact that
he was doing some research. The fact is, even if someone gave him sample
questions, he has to take the test himself. The only thing I would deem
inappropriate is if he asked for answers to current questions on the test.
If he was actually going to cheat, I don't believe he would announce it on
this list. It is merely the *intent* here that matters, since if I asked
for the information and was not going to take the test, this would not be
an issue. So maybe we should ask the original poster if he intends to
cheat. Seems only fair.
