Complaining about a recruiter is about as risky as complaining about a
waiter to the manager *before* you get your meal. Regardless of the
satisfaction you get from venting, you can bet the object of your ire will
get his revenge.

The recruiter is in a situation where she can bad-mouth you to other
people and possibly lose you clients, so just assume she was having a bad
day and move on.
