The Heading4 autonumber has 7 <#>s while the others have six. The fact that
they are different may be the source of your problem. I would add < =0> to
Heading1 2 and 3 before the \t which might fix it.

The autonumber format I thought would work is:
c:<n>.< >< ><n>.<n>.<n>.<n+>\t
