Ergh... We've got a QA team here. I am toying with the argument that the
system docs tech writer should be considered part of the QA team and not a
lesser system analyst... Which makes sense to me b/c there is a quality
control process that needs to be in place for system documentation. The
user docs are stellar... but only one person produces them,so of course
they are.
