So you've had a bad experience with Logitech too. I bought one of their
mice and the left mouse button quit working after about six months. I
ended up buying a new mouse because it wasn;t worth the trouble of
replacing it. Among other things, they don't have a toll-free number.
So they might have re[placed it, but only after I waitied on hold
forever and went through a long troubleshooting process with them -- all
on my dime.

Subject: Scroll Wheel Use on Logitech Mouse using FrameMaker 7
I am using FrameMaker 7 on a Dell Latitude Laptop running Windows 2000
with
a Dell Mouse made by Logitech. The Dell Mouse is a model M-S69. I loaded
Logitech Mouse Ware V9.79.1 but I cannot get the scroll wheel to work in
FrameMaker 7. I have done this before on two older PC's using a Logitech
Mouse with the Logitech drivers and had no problems. The device
information
in the Logitech driver calls the mouse a Wheel Mouse on PS/2 port. The
hardware calls the mouse a Logitech Compatible Mouse PS/2. Does anyone
have
any ideas why the scroll wheel does not work properly?
.......
Thanks
