Okay, with respect to THIS particular situation, I'm sure you're right,
but in my case it was the mouse. At first, I hoped it WAS a software
issue, so I sought out a co-worker who tested it on another computer and
determined that it was a mechanical problem.

In any case, I was most unsatisfied with Logitech's website, which I
found extremely difficult to navigate.

It's not a problem with the mouse. It's a problem with how the
mouse driver interacts with FrameMaker specifically. The same
well-documented problem exists with FrameMaker using current
Microsoft mouse drivers, and probably other wheel mouse drivers
as well. Don't condemn Logitech for what is really Adobe's
problem with FrameMaker.
