Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences about Acrobat's
commenting feature. Those will help me a lot.

XMetal Reviewer, I guess, won't work with my unstructured Framemaker
environment.

BTW, I had written to WebWorks FinalDraft folks about the queries and
according to them the comments do move when bulk of the text is moved
between chapters.
