I'm beginning to think that it's better to be hired as a wild talent than as a certified "content producer" secretarial pool objectivified keyboarder. Let the selection be made on the basis of accomplishment and individual skill set. My biggest billing gig ($840,000 over 5 years) was dependent on my ability to learn new technology and come up with unexpected solutions. How are you going to certify that?
