Check the Conditional Tex Show/Hide dialog. You much have
the Show Condition Indicators option turned on in order to
see the indicator colors.

I have a file with two conditions that are set to display different colors
(either Red or Blue).
But... the colors don't appear (everything is Black).

Any idea what might cause this?
