According to the vendor from which I purchased my recorder, which is
also a Dragon distributor (Next Wave Solutions - recommended, BTW),
Dragon works well for one
person, the person who "trains" the voice recognition engine. 

You may want to double-check that your Sony has a variable playback
speed control,
which you can use to slow down the playback enough that you can keep
up by typing.
