That is odd; he's always responded to any email I sent in a couple hours.

whois shows omsys/him in Berkely, CA, which I think is right.

He did send out a Mif2go update on the 2nd, so all was well then.
And I believe he's posted on one or another FM list since then. 
And FreeFramers is up and functioning.
