Indeed, ImageMagick is the tool you want. I wasn't sure if it had a
Windows version, but it does, at www.imagemagick.org. Click Binary
Releases from the main page, unless you just want to install from
source. Does many wonderful things with graphics, as the name
implies--and it delivers on the promise, too!
