I do.

Most of my tech writing is English, but I have to deal with a lot of German 
and French at the Dutch company where I work in  my day job.

Where I live in the Netherlands is only about 4 miles from the German 
border and about 10 miles from the Belgian border.

My night job (with 6 kids you have to make the ends meet somehow), I 
translate German, Dutch (Belgian and Netherlands variations), French 
(Belgian and French variations), and Russian (my second wife is Russian) 
into English (UK, international or US variations). I don't get confused about 
what language I am working in, but I tend to forget what languages other 
people are working with (the blank stare from an engineer will usually give 
me a clue!).
