I've been trying to find a copy of "The Complete Reference: FrameMaker
7" by O'Keefe and
Loring, but it appears to be out of print. I've searched the usual
sites (Amazon, Barnes & Noble) and a local tech bookstore, but the only
copies available are being offered for up to $700/copy.

Can anyone provide suggestions for finding a copy, other than purusing
the used book stores?

Thanks,
Peter
