This is very probably *not* the best method, but it's the only one I've
found that works. Don't let IT see you doing it. :)

1. Copy your local project to another folder.
2. This is the unorthodox step. Unplug your network connection.
3. Launch the copy of the project. RoboHelp will ask if you want to break
the VSS connection.
4. Say yes. The project opens up and it's no longer associated with VSS.
5. Plug your network cable back in.

This process came about from about two solid weeks of rabid cursing, pulling
out my own hair in gigantic chunks, and damning VSS and RoboHelp to the
lowest pits of the inferno.

Maybe someone else has a better method. I've heard you can edit the XPJ's
vc::provider section, but I've never gotten that to work.
