Governmental Punctuation

As evidence of the importance of punctuation, a resolution
was recently submitted to the Arkansas legislature "to
declare the correct possessive form of the state as
'Arkansas's.'" And here we thought only language geeks
like us worried about things like possessive apostrophes :->
