Hi Dishaa

I'm just evaluating Lyx (http://www.lyx.org) which looks pretty good for the
most part. You might like to have a look at it yourself. A bit like Docbook,
you can take Lyx into anything with the right pipeline, but the ones you're
likely to need are probably done already.

Cheers
Trevor

Hi,

I wanted to thank all of you who responded to my query today.
I, however, would appreciate more responses. All replies point to the use
of DocBook.
Looks like FrameMaker for Linux is not an option considering that there
was no release after the beta version release of FrameMaker 5.5.

Looks like creating the necessary output and thereby tweaking XSL and CSS
files remain the main challenges while creating HTML /java Help.

I want to thank Brett and Chris in particular for the advise and
suggestions.

Thanks,
Dishaa
