Please offer your suggestions as to which is more correct.
A financial institution XYZ has a practice of sending mail to the *concerned staff*, when an operation is executed.
OR
A financial institution XYZ has a practice of sending mail to the *staff concerned*, when an operation is executed.
Please advice on the difference between the two - concerned staff and staff concerned.
