If you add the colon in the Number Format field, and then use the
ListNum Field List name field in the More panel, you can create a new
ListNum "level" that includes the colon. That's how I create extra
ListNum "levels" as I need 'em. These "levels" essentially serve the
same function as the Follow Number With list, but with no limitations.
(Why all the quotation marks? Because you can use your own ListNum types
without setting hierarchical levels.)
