Are there any other would-be athletes among us? What do you do? How do you
make the time?
My wife and I walk a couple of times around the block every evening (a
couple of miles total) and we climb 39 stairs from the garage to the front
door at least twice each day, but my real workout comes from indulging in
various flavors of microbrew, or glasses of wine, or, on limited occasions,
both.
If we estimate that a pint of elixir weighs a pound and it takes
approximately 10 liftings to finish, then I aggressively weight lift
approximately 10,900 pounds per year.
Just the thought of all that work makes me tired. I think I'll go take a nap
now...
