I walk during my two 15 minute breaks, one in the AM, one in the PM. I
have been doing this, even in the Iowa winter, for the last year.
Walking during my break started as therapy for my co-worker <going
through marital issues>. The co-worker I started walking with has moved
on to another job, but now there are two other co-workers that go with
me. Nowadays, unless it is downpouring, we go.
I have a DOS batch file I use to compile and copy my doc files to the
server. It takes about 15 minutes to run so I double-click that before I
leave.

Are there any other would-be athletes among us? What do you do? How do
you make the time?
