Brigitte-

I have CS3, so I don't know if this applies to CS2. You can't directly
export the file to a webhelp format, but you can export the content as HTML
and then use a help authoring tool. It will basically export the content,
but not the design.

File>Cross-Media Export>XHTML/Dreamweaver.

Additionally, you can export to XML by choosing File>Export, and then
selecting XML from the drop-down list.
