The "end of the line" writers who brought this suit *think*
they're being favored. But eventually employers will apply
the "repetitive work" vs "learned profession" test, and
what we'll end up with will be writers with higher level
"at project inception" skills hired on as some sort of
professional developers who will end up passing all
their "end of the line" work to hourly labor whose skills
and pay have been essentially downgraded to that of
DTP operators.
