Why does the TOC get truncated when you click a topic? 
 
What if you want to check out several topics from the original TOC -- it's not obvious how you re-display the complete TOC so you can get to another topic.

I've lost the original writer's name -- someone in this thread wrote:

To the person who wrote that -- if you find improved usability in this help system, please elaborate on it for me -- I must be missing something.
