This free PDF-to-Word Converter was previously distributed by
AnyBizSoft. It can be downloaded from
http://www.wondershare.com/pdf-converter/pdf-to-word-converter.html

Here's what I found so far:

* The program allows commercial use, that is, there's nothing
prohibiting it on the Web site or in the installation license text.
* It claims to run only in 32-bit Windows 7, not 64-bit, but it actually
does run in my 64-bit.
* The result has no text boxes (as advertised), which is great. There
are spurious para breaks, but those can be dealt with pretty easily.
* Columns, tables, illustrations, paragraph formatting, and character
formatting all converted just fine.

They also have a paid version which converts to Excel, HTML, etc.

I have no connection to the company, other than being a fan of their
product.
