Thought of that, too - right after checking that it wasn't just a difference between my two monitors.

My handy-dandy phone camera makes a mess of moiré at any focus distance. I'll just have to grab the guy next time he's in the office.

That might not do it either. My remote logins rarely are a perfect match for the host computer because the different stations use different display drivers.

There are still some instances where a camera comes in handy...
