Hi Simon,

I'm in the same place (FM11 in TCS4 - updated to 11.1, or .0.1?) I am
experienceing crashes when I re-save a template file to which I have just made
changes. So it would suggest the issue might be around format changes.

Sorry, I don't have a fix.
