Subject: To VPN?
I don't like the news out of Washington about internet privacy restrictions being relaxed in favor of ISPs. This isn't any good.
The *Washington Post* article suggested using a VPN. I like that idea, and my research suggests that some open source software running on an inexpensive Raspberry Pi would help. (I can't see paying an outfit like ExpressVPN $99.95 a year for their service.)
Do you have any thoughts about this?
