I'll echo Ilana's comments about Word for Windows (W4W). While it does
seem to make style sheets, macros, and other mundane tasks quite
easy, when it come to indexing and pagination it is quite bad. For
day to day use it is okay, but if you'll be wanting documents that
look like they've been "published" and not just "written" use
something other than W4W.
