Thanks for info on $$ for evaluations. I believe that even if the hard
statistics are short in supply that technical writers could look at
organizational costs (e.g., customer support and training) and put together
a projection for management. Hey, what do you think all those projections
are that companies put together for their banker to see for more to
justify additional funding.
