I had read this passage in WHAG; that's what inspired me to try creating
source files in FrameMaker.
By the way, someone in Canada (I'm sorry for forgetting his name; I have it
at work) converted WHAG to a Windows help file. It's called HAG.hlp and you
can get it from Compuserve. IMHO, HAG.hlp is an excellent example of using a
book metaphor for on-line help. Anyone interested in on-line help
architecture should view this file.

How do you generate RTF with FrameMaker? Which version do you have?
I'm pretty sure that in the version we have (which I admit I almost
never use) you can't save to RTF.

We're using Frame 4.0 for Windows, and it exports files as .rtf.
