Subject:Re: Why would an editor use internet? From:Jan Bates <bates -at- KINGFISH -dot- ATT -dot- COM> Date:Wed, 5 Oct 1994 13:47:00 GMT
I only use the internet currently for netnews and mailing lists
like the TECHWR-L list. However, I am trying to convince my
management to install Mosaic so that I can create a Home Page
and make it available to all of the Mosaic users out there.
For your purposes, you could use Mosaic to place an up-to-date
list of your scientific publications on line with information
on how to subscribe, order back copies, etc. You could also
provide abstracts of papers/articles, information about authors
or about other services your company provideds.
